Our <location> office is hiring an IT Support Specialist to maintain the <name> system of our <department>. This role requires travelling to our <location> site <frequency>. Transport, meals, and accommodation allowances will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and review hardware, servers, systems, and key IT processes.
Investigate and troubleshoot IT issues for internal and external stakeholders
Install, update, and configure hardware and software as requested by project managers
Onboard new hires on company’s IT protocols, such as software and hardware usage limitations
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to management
Requirements:
Highly organised person with excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience in wireless LAN configuration and installation
Expertise in mobile smart devices installation and configuration (iOS and Android)
Proficient in <software 1>, <software 2>, and <software 3>
Willing to work on weekends if required
