The surveyed employers remained cautious about the employment market in 2025, with 48% perceiving that it would remain the same in Q1 2025 as it was in 2024.​​​

Hiring plans show that most employers (47%) intend to maintain their current headcount, while 24% employers plan to increase it, representing a 6% decline from last year.
