淨係年輕小薯先追求 work-life balance?

淨係後生仔先要work-life-balance?

當大家都覺得 Z 世代 (18-23 歲) 工作態度散漫, 錢字掛帥 ,又淨係識得吃喝玩樂嘅時候,大家又有冇諗過初級小薯同中層嘅分別又係咪真係咁大呢?

香港有啲行業其實係好依賴呢群生長於互聯網時代,善於運用電子科技嘅職場新力軍,其中一個例子就係廣告、媒體及出版業喇。根據 JobsDB「引才法則」(Laws of Attraction) 普查,廣告、媒體及出版業過半數嘅人才平均年齡介乎 24至 34 歲,遠遠超於市場平均嘅 38.5%。即係話 Z 世代喺不久嘅將來將會變成呢一個行業嘅新血。

咁講返轉頭,啲中層成日講話後生小薯淨係睇個錢字,又掛住 work-life balance, 咁究竟啲中層係咪又真係好似佢哋口中咁完美先? 口同鼻拗其實冇乜意思,不如攤啲數據出嚟大家一齊睇啦!

睇數據最緊要睇比較,我繼續以廣告、媒體及出版業為例,薪金/報酬對於中層嚟講,佔咗 20.0%嘅吸引力。比一比,原來仲高過初級職員嘅 16.8%。咁 work life-balance 呢? 對於中層嚟講,工作與生活平衡佔咗 14% 嘅吸引力,只係輕微低過初級小薯嘅 15.6%咋。所以啲中層成日話後生小薯成日淨係識得睇個錢字又掛住玩,其實睇返數字,又未必同想像中一樣。

講真嗰句,又有邊一代嘅人係唔著重 work-life balance㗎?只不過年輕人叫做 work-life balance,年長嘅一代叫做著重家庭咋嘛,講到尾,咪又係著重私人生活。
