Jobsdb scooped three top awards at the HR Vendors of the Year
JobsDB is very honoured to have been awarded by HR Vendors of the Year 2018 for the Best Recruitment Site – Candidate Experience (Gold), Best Recruitment Site – Innovation (Gold) and the Grand Award Best HR Tech of the Year among tough competition with the career portals in Hong Kong. We have been a winner of the former two titles every year since 2015 when the Awards was extended to the city, marking this the fourth time we have received this prestigious recognition. Meanwhile, it was with great pleasure that we received the Grand Award this year as an added honour – chosen by an esteemed panel of industry leaders and experts from a list of HR Tech experts.
Organised by Asia’s leading HR magazine Human Resources since 2005, the HR Vendors of the Year Awards is one of the most important and widely recognised awards in South East Asia. Based on a comprehensive and robust judging process, it has quickly become the go-to guide for high-quality HR services and is widely used by HR and C-suite professionals to recruit, manage and develop people.
Over the years, JobsDB has been proactively taking on a pioneering role in implementing many innovative initiatives to fulfil our vision on “improving lives through better careers”. In the past year, we launched the Career Insights page to provide important and updated information to job seekers such as job requirements, salary trend and career path of different job roles. We also implemented the ground-breaking online video interviewing platform, allowing hirers to screen candidates much more efficiently and foster better collaboration with hiring managers.
