Presented by Hong Kong Call Centre Association and Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, the award recognises customer service personnel for their professional service. Participating companies are assessed over 6 consecutive months based on stringent criteria such as efficiency in call handling, attentiveness, attitude, greetings and overall performance.

Tempting as it is to pride ourselves on this recognition, we do not see this as an excuse to slow down. In the days ahead, we will continue to provide caring and quality services for our employers and job seekers.
